***COVID-19 UPDATE***

As we navigate uncharted territory with regard to the outbreak of COVID-19 we hope to keep our friends and family of Balloons Over Rockbridge informed of our plans for our festival on July 3rd and 4th.

Currently, we are moving forward with our planning. Any decisions to alter our 2020 Balloons Over Rockbridge will be made in the future. We understand this is an ever-changing situation and we will continue to monitor happenings on a daily basis with regard to the Corona virus.

We have 16 pilots committed to our event. The music is booked and the planning is well underway for another amazing weekend.

We want to thank our generous sponsors who have already made contributions to our event. We look forward to sharing the excitement with all of you in July.

We hope you all share our optimism that with a conscientious effort from all of us, this dark cloud will pass and sunny skies will prevail.

Hoping that all of you will join us on July 3rd and 4th in Lexington, Virginia for Balloons Over Rockbridge 2020.

JOIN US FOR A WEEKEND FULL OF FUN!!!

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on and enjoy great local bands, a variety of food and merchandise vendors, beer and wine, a Pizza Eating Challenge sponsored by Papa John’s, children’s activities and most of all…..

BEAUTIFUL HOT AIR BALLOONS!!!!

               -Piloted balloon flights are taking place at 6 am and 6 pm on Friday

                and Saturday. Flights are $200 per person. 

                Email dee@balloonsoverrockbridge.com to book your flight today!

               -Tethered flights will be available Friday 6:30-8:30 pm and

                Saturday 4-7 pm. Rides are first come first served and cost

                $15 for Adults and $10 for children under 10.

              -Static Hot Air Balloon Display and Pilot Meet and Greet

               -Spectacular Ed McDaniel Memorial Balloon Glow at 9 pm on

                Saturday

               - All balloon activities are weather dependent.

Admission to the event is FREE!!!!
